The role focuses on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, with a strong emphasis on performance, conversions, and scaling.

Main Purpose of the Job: Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, monitor performance, analyze KPIs and conversion metrics, test audiences and campaign structures, and collaborate with creative teams to improve ad effectiveness and identify scaling opportunities.

Job Profile:

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Analyze KPIs, budgets, conversion metrics, and campaign results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and campaign structures to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad effectiveness.
• Evaluate ad creatives from a performance perspective and identify scaling opportunities.
• Prepare performance reports and contribute with optimization insights.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in paid media, media buying, or performance advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization and paid acquisition metrics.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• Understanding of what makes an ad perform beyond the numbers alone.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
• Advanced English skills (C1), written and spoken.
