The role is based in Bucharest and involves managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns across international markets. Main Purpose of the Job: The Google Ads Specialist will develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other media buying platforms, taking ownership of significant ad budgets and campaign performance across international markets.

Job Profile:

• Develop, launch, and manage high-performance campaigns across Google Search, YouTube Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and other Google media buying channels.
• Take ownership of significant ad budgets, scaling campaigns across international markets.
• Build and maintain accurate tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring reliable conversion tracking, event measurement, and multi-touch attribution.
• Conduct competitive research using Google Search Trends and other tools to identify new opportunities and shifts in consumer behavior.
• Write and test high-converting ad copy, collaborating with the creative team on images and video assets.
• Build and refine audience segments to ensure messaging reaches the right prospects at the right stage of the buying journey.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Quality Score), and run continuous A/B tests on ad variations, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Stay up to date with Google’s product roadmap, AI-driven ad tools, and broader digital marketing trends, recommending new approaches as needed.

Candidate Profile:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and scaling high-budget digital advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads.
• Proven experience managing monthly ad budgets of at least €5,000 / $5,000 (actual budgets for this role will be higher).
• Fluent, professional-level English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency across the Google ecosystem, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Trends, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong ability to analyze complex campaign data, identify trends, and implement data-backed optimizations.
• Active Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video, Measurement) are a plus.
• Experience with behavioral segmentation, custom intent audiences, customer match, in-market targeting, and retargeting strategies.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clear, compelling ad copy tailored to direct-response audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
• Genuine interest in staying current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
