Location: On-site – Craiova
The Junior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the internal coordination and execution of a local tractor launch project, working closely with multiple departments (Marketing, HR, Product, and more). The role is part of the Digitalization & Standardization team and focuses on cross-functional collaboration, timeline tracking, and project planning.
Job Profile:
- Coordinate internal teams and ensure project alignment across departments (Marketing, HR, Product, etc.).
- Monitor and follow up on deliverables, timelines, and action plans using Excel-based planning tools.
- Act as a key contact for all internal stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and information flow.
- Lead informal teams without direct authority – strong influence and coordination skills are essential.
- Support product launch efforts, marketing campaigns, and team alignment for a successful go-to-market process.
- Participate in drafting documentation, meeting notes, and project updates.
- Identify risks or blockers and proactively propose mitigation actions.
Candidate Profile:
- 4–5 years of professional experience, including 1–2 years in project coordination or junior project management.
- Hands-on, proactive, and structured mindset.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks across functions.
- Informal leadership style, able to influence without authority.
- Experience in using Excel for project planning and tracking.
- No formal project management certifications required, but maturity and ownership are key.
