PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is looking for a passionate and driven Senior SEO Specialist for its client, a fast-growing and innovative digital marketing agency. Location: Hybrid (Bucharest – office & remote work flexibility)
Main Purpose of the Job: To plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve the visibility and performance of client websites across search engines. The Senior SEO Specialist works closely with the SEO team, copywriters, and account managers to align search performance with broader marketing goals.
Job Profile:
- Apply advanced on-page SEO techniques, including technical audits, metadata structuring, and keyword mapping.
- Plan and manage off-page SEO strategies including link-building and authority building.
- Collaborate with copywriters to align content with search intent and user experience best practices.
- Develop, implement, and track SEO strategies tailored to each client’s business objectives.
- Communicate results, strategies, and insights clearly across departments and directly with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Maintain a strong client relationship and attend regular calls to report on SEO performance.
- Identify new SEO opportunities to boost visibility, traffic, and rankings.
- Monitor SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Search Console, SEOMonitor) to track and improve results.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal SEO workflows and knowledge sharing.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO (as a Copywriter SEO, Technical SEO Specialist, or similar).
- Deep knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and industry trends.
- Strong command of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEOMonitor, Google Search Console.
- Excellent command of Romanian language (native level) and proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Organized, creative, team-oriented and open to feedback.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously improve and grow.
