PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is hiring a Social Media Content Creator (Performance Focused) for a fast-growing international advertising company operating in both the US and Europe. This role is ideal for someone who understands how social media content drives sales, not just engagement. The focus is on creating video creatives for Meta Ads campaigns, testing different hooks and concepts, and continuously improving performance based on real metrics.

Location: Bucharest, On-site

Main Purpose of the Job: Create high-performing short-form video content for Meta Ads campaigns, develop ad creatives designed to drive conversions and sales, and continuously iterate based on campaign results in close collaboration with the paid media team.

Job Profile:

• Create short-form video content for Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop ad creatives designed to drive conversions, CTR, retention, and sales.
• Write scripts, film, edit, and adapt video content end-to-end.
• Test multiple hooks, angles, CTAs, and storytelling approaches.
• Analyze content performance and iterate quickly based on campaign results.
• Collaborate closely with the paid media team to improve ad performance.
• Stay up to date with trends, formats, and winning creative patterns in paid social.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience creating video content for Meta platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven content.
• Ability to create content optimized for paid campaigns, not just organic reach.
• Hands-on experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Comfortable being involved in the full creative process, from idea to execution and optimization.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking.
• Advanced English skills (C1), written and spoken.
• Nice to have: Experience with UGC-style ads.
• Nice to have: Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social metrics.

• Nice to have: Experience working with international audiences.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
