PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is looking for a Graphic Design & AI Automation on behalf of an international company in the clinical research / healthcare sector. The role sits at the intersection of design and automation, combining strong visual craft with hands-on AI and workflow-building skills. Scopul principal al postului: The Creative Technologist owns the company’s visual identity across print, digital, and presentation materials, while also building the automated systems that power the marketing workflows. This is an execution-focused role: direction comes from the Marketing Team, and the person in this role is expected to deliver fast, precise, high-quality output across both design and technology.

Profilul jobului:

• Design print and digital materials from scratch (reports, brochures, event materials, posters, presentations) using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Own and maintain the company’s visual identity across all formats and touchpoints.
• Build clean, responsive HTML/CSS landing pages for digital campaigns.
• Produce campaign-ready visuals and short-form video/animation using AI image and video generation tools.
• Build and maintain automated marketing workflows connecting data sources, AI tools, and content distribution platforms.
• Keep design files organized with disciplined naming and version control, and coordinate with external vendors and the marketing team for fast, accurate turnarounds.

Profil Candidat:

• 2-4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency or international in-house team.
• Strong command of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and solid HTML/CSS skills.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency, with excellent file organization habits.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting, with professional-level English.
• Proficient in AI image generation (Midjourney and/or Adobe Firefly) with strong prompt engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Make.com or n8n, and comfortable calling APIs like Claude or GPT.
• Basic Python skills and experience with at least one AI video tool (Runway, Kling, Pika or similar).
• Curiosity-driven mindset, experience in pharma/healthcare/medical communications a plus, not a requirement.
