For our client, a well-known company in the automotive sector, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a Sales Manager for their office in Bucharest, Romania.

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in meeting our Customer Acquisition and Revenue Growth Targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Maximizing our Sales Team potential, crafting Sales Plans and justifying those plans to the Upper Management while achieving the set Targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent people management and problem-solving skills, a numerical aptitude and high business acumen.

Responsabilități cheie:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team
• Design and implement a Strategic Business Plan that expands company’s Customer Base and ensures it has a strong presence
• Recruit, hire and train Sales Team members
• Set Sales Targets, compare performance to goals and adjust goals accordingly
• Assess current team procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to Team members
• Cultivate a competitive, yet collaborative working environment
• Coordinate with Marketing on Lead generation
• Present Sales & Revenue Reports and Forecasts to the Management Team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products, services and competition status

Requirements:

• BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration or related field
• Successful previous experience as a Sales Supervisor or a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Prior experience in the automotive industry will be considered a plus
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and argue credibly and effectively across levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English (both written and oral) and native Romanian
