Scopul principal al postului: Drive the social media strategy, content execution, and performance tracking to grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales for a fast-growing skincare brand.
Profilul jobului:
- Develop and manage the social media content strategy and monthly calendars across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook
- Create and post engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform and audience
- Manage and coordinate UGC creators, generating monthly concepts and ensuring content delivery
- Identify and build partnerships with influencers, especially for TikTok Shop campaigns
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics (followers, reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) for each platform
- Propose and test new channels and creative formats to expand the brand’s social presence
- Collaborate with the video production team to bring social concepts to life through impactful visuals
- Complete regular social media performance reports and deliver insights and actionable recommendations
- Participate in cross-functional projects that support brand marketing and digital growth
Profil Candidat:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media or Digital Marketing Specialist
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Solid understanding of social media trends, platforms, influencer marketing, and content strategy
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills
- Skilled in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design platforms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Passionate about creating content that resonates with digital audiences
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize accordingly
