What we’re looking for

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SQL or similar tools for data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and reporting metrics.
• Basic HTML and experience with email marketing platforms.
• Experience in customer journey mapping and email segmentation (a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to think strategically, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and manage impactful email campaigns for product launches, newsletters, and commercial updates.
• Schedule, prepare, and optimize campaigns so they reach the right audience at the right time.
• Design and improve automated flows with personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with content creators and designers to ensure engaging and relevant messages.
• Test and optimize landing pages and emails (A/B testing) to maximize conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance, providing insights and solutions.
• Ensure proper formatting and functionality using basic HTML and email platforms.
• Maintain clean and updated email lists, ensuring compliance and high deliverability.
