2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website — browsing it, sending a message through the available forms, sending us your CV or applying for a published role — you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or the services available through it.

These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Limitation of Liability, which form an integral part of this document.

3. What this website offers

The website presents PuntoUP’s services in recruitment, headhunting, executive search, HR consultancy and learning and development programmes, publishes open roles and informational materials, and provides forms through which you can contact us or submit your application.

Publishing a role on the website does not constitute a job offer and creates no employment obligation on our part or on the part of our clients. Submitting an application does not guarantee inclusion in a selection process.

4. Your obligations

• to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information, in particular in your CV and in the forms you complete;
• not to submit other people’s personal data without a proper basis;
• not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways that could affect its operation or security;
• not to attempt unauthorised access to the website, its servers or associated accounts.

We reserve the right to restrict access in cases of abusive use.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, graphics, photographs, page structure, the PuntoUP trade mark and the associated visual identity elements — belongs to TALENTIN HR S.R.L. or is used under lawfully obtained rights, and is protected by copyright and trade mark legislation.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, altering, automatically extracting content through scraping or other automated means, and displaying the content within other websites through framing or mirroring are prohibited without our prior written consent. Quoting short excerpts with attribution and a link to the original page is permitted.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably; failing agreement, they shall be settled by the courts having jurisdiction at the company’s registered office, except where the law provides otherwise in favour of consumers.

Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, www.anpc.ro, as well as alternative dispute resolution entities, under Government Ordinance no. 38/2015.
