For our client, an exclusive event venue specializing in high-end corporate and private events, we are looking for an Operations and Event Assistant Manager to join their team.

Job Purpose:

The Operations and Event Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring the planning and execution of corporate and private events. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing event logistics, and providing operational support to ensure every event meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with very good organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring a flawless experience.
  • Managing logistics, administrative tasks, and operational processes.
  • Supervising event execution and ensuring all details align with client expectations.
  • Handling client inquiries, offering professional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure operations.
  • Assisting in all aspects of venue management and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Management, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields).
  • Previous experience in organizing premium events (corporate or private).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer operation – essential for managing event logistics, reporting, and administrative tasks
  • Advanced English skills (spoken and written) – essential for client communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
