For our client, a consulting agency specializing exclusively in commercial properties, we are looking for a Real Estate Consultant.
Job purpose:
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively managing real estate transactions, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales potential. Your role involves market research, negotiations, and portfolio expansion to ensure successful property sales and rentals.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the real estate market, property owners’ activities, and competitors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Actively promote and advertise real estate properties to attract potential buyers/tenants.
- Organize property viewings and mediate negotiations to successfully close transactions.
- Offer additional services such as market analyses, valuations, and consulting.
- Secure commission-based revenue upon deal closure.
- Maintain regular communication with developers, property owners, and stakeholders.
- Professionally represent the company in meetings and negotiations.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with property owners and tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of properties, contracts, inquiries, and sales activities in internal systems.
- Keep CRM databases updated with sales progress, marketing activities, and support requests.
- Work closely with colleagues and share relevant market insights.
- Leverage internal support teams to enhance sales processes.
- Contribute to updating and verifying market data for the Research Department.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales and transaction processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with financial data.
- Digital proficiency: Microsoft Office, CRM
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Education in economics, business, or construction (preferred).
