Job Description:

As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our car showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team of sales representatives, provide guidance, and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract customers and increase showroom traffic
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, presentable, and reflects the company’s brand standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and negotiations professionally and effectively
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar role within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of car sales processes and customer service best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Romanian (both written and spoken)
• A valid driver’s license and a passion for automobiles
