We are looking for a Senior Associate specializing in Energy, Environment & M&A for one of our clients, a prestigious law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Involvement in complex projects in the energy, environment, and M&A sectors

Close collaboration with top-tier clients – major energy companies, renewable project developers, and public authorities

Collaboration and mentorship for junior associates

Focus on contract negotiation, regulatory matters, and compliance

Working primarily on trading, PPA (Power Purchase Agreements), and due diligence projects

Requirements:

4-8 years of experience in energy regulations

Strong expertise in energy law, regulatory frameworks, and M&A transactions

Experience in environmental is a plus

Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate efficiently with internal teams
