Location: Bucharest,  on-site, full-time.

Main Purpose of the Job: Drive revenue and audience growth through high-performing written content across multiple formats and international markets,  from video scripts and landing pages to ad campaigns and sales funnels.

Job Profile:

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy in English across formats including VSL scripts, video ads, landing pages, banners, and sales campaigns — primarily for publishing and information products.
• Research new international markets the company is expanding into and develop fresh, culturally relevant creative angles that resonate locally.
• Build market-specific messaging, hooks, and value propositions tailored to diverse cultural audiences, using local insights to maximize relevance from launch.
• Localize, refine, and optimize existing copy — landing pages, ads, VSLs — for international audiences, improving results through iteration, A/B testing, and data-driven adjustments.
• Develop both short-form and long-form direct response assets: hooks, headlines, email sequences, advertorials, and full sales letters.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and refining copy based on performance data, audience feedback, and campaign insights.
• Stay current with direct response trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to continuously sharpen the quality and impact of creative output.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent (near-native) command of English, with strong writing precision, tone awareness, and adaptability across registers.
• Proven track record in direct-response copywriting — both short-form (ads, hooks, headlines) and long-form (sales letters, VSL scripts, landing pages). Portfolio required.
• Demonstrated ability to write copy that drives measurable conversions, sales, and business results.
• Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand new markets, cultural nuances, and audience psychology — and translate insights into high-performing messaging.
• Proactive, creative mindset with a sharp feedback loop — able to adapt quickly based on data, audience response, and campaign performance.
• Experience working with international audiences across Europe or other global markets is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and basic performance marketing metrics.
