PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is looking for a Technical Coordinator on behalf of an international company specializing in parking systems and time management solutions. The role covers Romania and involves leading the technical team while maintaining close relationships with existing clients. Main Purpose of the Job: The Technical Coordinator is responsible for managing the technical team, overseeing customer care and technical support activities, and reporting to the Sales Manager. The role involves planning and optimizing field operations, maintaining client relationships, and supporting both the sales and operations teams.
Job Profile:
- Coordinate the technical team: scheduling, workload optimization, holiday planning, and resource allocation.
- Manage parking systems, consumables inventory, and troubleshooting activities.
- Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance in line with active contracts and SLAs.
- Manage local stock in cooperation with administrative personnel.
- Record daily activity in the time management system (Astrow).
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on ongoing work, interventions, SLA performance, and new requests from existing customers.
- Maintain constant communication with existing clients regarding technical requests, consumables, and parts delivery; conduct on-site meetings.
- Support the Operations Team in identifying the best solutions to customer needs.
- Assist the Sales Team with technical documentation, presentations, and showroom visits for new projects.
- Liaise with international technical support and logistics teams.
- Follow up on consumables and parts orders; coordinate inbound transport.
- Prepare project checklist files for new installations and ensure timely delivery of customer deliverables.
- Manage the technical team’s inventory, including company vehicles.
- Recruit new team members when approved by senior management.
- Develop and maintain work procedures for the technical team.
Candidate Profile:
- Technical and/or financial educational background.
- Experience in technical team coordination or a similar technical customer service role.
- Strong understanding of technical systems and field service operations.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Willingness to travel nationally and work within international teams.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Personal profile: self-motivated, persuasive, dynamic, communicative, results-oriented, and positive in approach toward all stakeholders.
