Support Service Engineer

PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is looking for a Support Service Technician on behalf of an international company specializing in and parking management solutions. The role is based in Romania and involves working in a B2B environment, providing technical support to customers across national and international markets. Location: Bucharest with availability to travel

Main Purpose of the Job: The Support Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support and customer service to clients using the company’s systems. This includes troubleshooting, configuring solutions in cloud and local environments, and collaborating with international implementation teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Profile:

  • Answer customer questions and resolve technical issues related to the company’s systems.
  • Provide hands-on technical support to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries from both national and international markets.
  • Analyze complex customer problems, propose solutions, and oversee their implementation and testing.
  • Set up and configure systems within the company’s cloud solutions and local installations.
  • Support international and local implementation teams during customer onboarding and go-live phases.
  • Collect customer feedback and report findings to contribute to product improvement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Independent, motivated, and eager to learn, with a hands-on and customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Understanding of web services and cloud solutions.
  • Previous experience with HW/SW TCP/IP network installation, configuration, and setup.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, SQL, and TCP/IP networks is a plus.
  • CISCO training and experience in support for internet providers are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics.
