PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is looking for a Job Site Solution Specialist – Safety on behalf of a multinational company in the power tools industry. The role covers the South-East region of Romania and involves working directly with end users and H&S professionals on job sites to improve safety practices and drive PPE adoption. Location: South-East Romania (Ploiești, Târgoviște, Pitești, Slobozia, Călărași, Giurgiu, Galați or Constanța)

Main Purpose of the Job: The JSS Safety Specialist is responsible for identifying key end-user targets and driving conversion to the company’s PPE solutions. This includes leading safety audits at job sites, analyzing risk assessments, and training employees and H&S professionals on proper PPE selection and use.

Job Profile:

• Plan and manage your personal customer portfolio in line with business strategy and agreed objectives.
• Demonstrate and provide technical support on the company’s Safety products to end users and H&S Specialists.
• Lead risk assessment and PPE selection audits at job sites, proposing optimized PPE solutions.
• Arrange and monitor PPE trials and tests carried out by end users on-site.
• Train and educate end users on the performance advantages and safe use of the company’s products.
• Promote all company products and services through regular contact with existing customers and prospects.
• Set call objectives in CRM and plan follow-up actions to develop and penetrate accounts.
• Update CRM daily to maintain accurate and detailed account information.
• Maintain a high level of product, trade, and application knowledge.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of successful selling experience (achieving targets), with a strong emphasis on end-user or commercial sales.
• Experience in or knowledge of the Personal Protective Equipment and Safety market is a strong advantage.
• Practically minded with a technical aptitude and willingness to learn new product knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, PowerPoint, and internet-based tools.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to identify new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally on weekends (agreed in advance).
• Valid clean driving license.
• Working knowledge of English.
