PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is hiring a Media Buying Specialist for an international partner in the digital advertising and direct response marketing space, focused on performance driven campaigns and scalable growth.
Role purpose
To plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms, with a strong focus on conversions, performance, and return on investment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, Google Ads, and TikTok
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Test audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve conversion rates
- Prepare clear performance reports and ROI analyses
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising efforts with business goals
Candidate profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in media buying or paid advertising
- Strong hands on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Solid understanding of digital advertising principles and performance metrics
- Data driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
- Good communication skills and ability to write compelling ad copy
- Proactive, organized, and results oriented approach
