Job Description:
As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our car showroom, ensuring a seamless customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will lead a team of sales representatives, provide guidance, and implement strategies to maximize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract customers and increase showroom traffic
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, presentable, and reflects the company’s brand standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and negotiations professionally and effectively
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of car sales processes and customer service best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Romanian (both written and spoken)
- A valid driver’s license and a passion for automobiles
