PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is recruiting for a Swedish manufacturer of commercial vehicles, part of a strong multinational group, for a high-impact role supporting the Sales organization through CRM-driven insights and pricing/profitability governance.
Location: Home Office / Office-based in Romania (Bucharest / Ilfov). Travel to Bulgaria approx. once/month (0–2 trips/month, depending on needs).
Main Purpose of the Job:
Support the Sales organization (Wholesale) by strengthening CRM discipline, pipeline management and customer coverage, while guiding pricing/discount decisions to ensure profitable, aligned commercial outcomes across the Black Sea Unit.
Job Profile:
- Act as a key interface between the local business unit and the regional structure, ensuring alignment on priorities, data, and commercial decision-making.
- Drive CRM discipline across the sales team: activity quality, opportunity management, next steps, and analysis of lost opportunities.
- Run weekly 1:1 pipeline reviews with each salesperson, using CRM data to challenge assumptions, unblock deals and improve forecasting.
- Support customer/account allocation clarity (e.g., HQ vs. operations) and increase coverage of “unvisited” customers through structured planning.
- Provide regional overview on volumes, margins and discount boundaries; advise sales on “how far we can go” without compromising profitability.
- Guide and support discount escalation/approval flows (salesperson → dealer director → area sales managers / sales director) with clear business rationale.
- Contribute to pricing strategy execution in line with regional processes and models.
- Work closely with Sales, Dealer Director (Retail), local management and regional stakeholders to align expectations and avoid unrealistic commitments.
- Join key customer meetings when needed (strategic/large accounts) — this is not a field-intensive sales role.
Candidate Profile:
- Senior commercial background (not junior), with the maturity and confidence to influence a sales team without direct reporting lines.
- Strong hands-on CRM capability (beyond “used it”): reporting, analysis, comparing data, working with large volumes of information.
- Excellent negotiation skills (internal and external) and strong business judgment focused on profitability.
- Proven ability to influence without authority, stay firm under pressure, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
- High integrity and comfort working with sensitive commercial data (pricing/strategy); willingness to clarify potential conflicts of interest.
- Advanced English (regional collaboration and assessment process).
