PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is looking for a Technical Consultant for one of the largest independent players in Europe in the field of clinical testing and toxicological expertise, mainly serving the cosmetic, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong life sciences background who is interested in gradually transitioning towards a client-facing position.

What you will do

• Build a solid understanding of clinical studies, testing protocols and regulatory frameworks
• Work closely with laboratory and technical teams to understand available services and methodologies
• Support the preparation of technical proposals and customized testing solutions
• Participate in client discussions, translating technical concepts into clear, accessible language
• Maintain communication with clients during ongoing projects (project follow-up, clarifications, updates)
• Gradually get involved in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities
• Collaborate with international teams and contribute to cross-border projects

What we are looking for

• Degree in life sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or similar)
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical role (laboratory, QA/QC, R&D, clinical, regulatory)
• Solid understanding of scientific principles and ability to apply them in real scenarios
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly
• Curiosity, patience and genuine interest in clinical studies and scientific work
• Good level of English (mandatory, as most clients are international)

Nice to have

• Exposure to clinical studies, cosmetic testing or regulated environments
• Experience in client interaction, project coordination or technical support
• Interest in developing towards a client-facing role
