PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is hiring a Trade Marketing Specialist for our client, a key player in the agricultural and gardening machinery industry.
Location: Hybrid – Craiova HQ (2-3 days) & remote, occasional travel required
The new Trade Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies across multiple channels – including Traditional Trade (TT), Key Accounts, and Export. The role involves planning and activating marketing initiatives, ensuring brand visibility and alignment with commercial objectives.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with Sales, Category, and Brand teams to ensure consistent execution at the point of sale, as well as 3rd party marketing agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute trade marketing strategies across TT, Key Accounts, and Export
- Develop and roll out consumer promotions aimed at boosting sales
- Create and implement in-store visibility materials (POSM, shelf branding, signage)
- Conduct regular store audits in collaboration with the Graphic Design team to optimize in-store communication
- Coordinate launch campaigns for new stores and partner locations, integrating them into the communication calendar
- Leverage external promotion channels to increase brand and partner visibility
- Implement and monitor customer satisfaction surveys (B2B & B2C) and Mystery Shopping studies
- Track and report on competitors’ trade marketing activity monthly within assigned channels
- Participate in market visits with TT and Strategic Account teams to identify opportunities for visibility improvement
- Manage and distribute branded promotional and signage materials for partners (shelves, logos, POS displays, etc.)
Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, ideally within the durable goods or B2B/B2C retail sector
- Strong skills in Project Management, Media Planning, Campaign Execution, and Promotions
- Experience in market analysis and competitor monitoring
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently
