Location: On-site – Bucharest
Main Purpose of the Job: Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to one of the Partners of the law firm, ensuring seamless coordination of professional and personal agendas, logistics, and day-to-day operations.
Job Profile:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and business trips.
- Coordinate correspondence and prepare documents or presentations.
- Organize family travel and holidays (ticketing, hotel bookings, transportation).
- Place online orders for the family (clothing, gifts, various products) and purchase electronics or gadgets.
- Schedule medical and wellness appointments for the executive and family members.
- Oversee household services (dry cleaning, deliveries, suppliers, repairs).
- Coordinate personal events (birthdays, private dinners, parties).
- Purchase and organize corporate and personal gifts.
- Provide availability for urgent tasks and ad-hoc support outside office hours, including weekends if required.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (Executive/Personal Assistant, Office Manager, etc.).
- Previous exposure to professional services environments (law firms, consulting, multinational companies) is an advantage.
- University degree preferred.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Highly organized, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility and customer-oriented mindset.
