PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an international company, a leader in smart parking, access control, and time management solutions for a Sales & Office Assistant based in Bucharest.
The role supports both the commercial activities of the sales team and the smooth running of the office, with a focus on organization, communication, and flawless execution.
This role is key in ensuring smooth sales processes, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and reports. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to the success of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales executives and account managers with day-to-day activities.
- Prepare and format sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems and track all communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to support client needs and sales activities.
- Assist in managing client accounts by responding to inquiries and following up on outstanding items.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and demos between sales staff and clients.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
Conduct research on potential clients, market trends, and competitors. - Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales support, account coordination, or administrative roles (advantageous).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with standard working hours (some flexibility may be required).
- Collaborative environment with cross-departmental interaction.
- Occasional client-facing meetings or events.
