We are recruiting a Senior Sales Representative for our client, an aluminum manufacturing company, located in Bucharest.
This role is responsible for promoting and directly selling the company’s products in external markets, with a focus on France but not only. The Senior Sales Representative will identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term professional relationships, contributing significantly to the company’s growth in international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring their correct execution.
- Prepare delivery documents (e.g., invoices) and manage collections and payments.
- Continuously attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present summary materials (reports, statistics) and estimated budgets.
- Provide technical and commercial assistance to clients and potential clients.
- Actively participate in internal meetings and meetings with clients and partners.
- Regularly travel to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- University degree in a technical field, preferably in Construction.
- Experience in a similar role, particularly in sales.
- Basic technical knowledge in design or construction.
- Fluency in French is a major advantage but not mandatory
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Valid category B driving license is an advantage.
- Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Availability for domestic and international travel.
