We are hiring a Client Interaction & Outreach Call Center Lead on behalf of our client, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Ads, and marketing campaigns. This role provides the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team focused on engaging potential clients and creating interest in data-driven, personalized marketing solutions.

Job Purpose:

As a Client Interaction & Outreach Call Center Lead you will coordinate a team of agents tasked with identifying and reaching out to key contacts in target companies. Your mission will be to generate interest in the company’s customized business analyses and marketing reports while maintaining operational excellence and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead an initial team of 2-3 remote agents, with plans to scale the team up to 8 members.As the team grows, the Team Leader will remain directly involved in operational tasks to ensure alignment with team goals and client expectations.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team members’ communication and outreach skills.
  • Organize regular one-on-one meetings to monitor performance, provide feedback, and support individual growth.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a seamless integration process.
  • Oversee daily operations of the call center team, ensuring that colleagues:
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to present insights and generate curiosity about personalized marketing reports and business analyses.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and build trust, without focusing on direct sales or transactional interactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role, preferably in a call center or customer engagement setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on B2B engagement and relationship building.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Experience with CRM tools and reporting processes.
  • Results-driven mindset, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work from the office in Bucharest four days per week.
