Main purpose of the job

Build and manage online communities while engaging with customers through social media, providing valuable insights, and supporting brand awareness and growth.

Job profile

• Engage with followers on social media, answer inquiries, and gather feedback.
• Moderate discussions and increase community interaction.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for online shops.
• Identify, recruit, and maintain affiliate relationships.
• Monitor affiliate performance and suggest optimizations.
• Conduct research on trends and competitors.
• Contribute to the creation and management of social media ads and content.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas and campaigns.

Candidate profile

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in community management, customer engagement, or social media.
• Knowledge of copywriting or advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proactive attitude and openness to learning new tools and strategies.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
