PuntoUP Professional Recruitment is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a well-established company in the food production sector, with multi-site operations. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on operational support, with direct impact on culture, HR process efficiency, and leadership effectiveness across production and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities
Recruitment & onboarding (end-to-end)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, including volume hiring where applicable.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration for new hires across both production and administrative areas.
- Ensure a consistent candidate and employee experience: clear communication, structured follow-up, and strong stakeholder alignment.
Management partnership & employee relations
- Act as a trusted HR partner for production and administrative leaders: coaching, problem-solving, and practical HR guidance.
- Support managers with team effectiveness, retention topics, day-to-day people decisions, and complex employee cases.
- Contribute actively to change management initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
HR processes & performance
- Drive performance management processes: goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, 1:1s, and development planning.
- Review and update job descriptions and support organizational structure alignment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business strategy and operational reality.
Learning & development
- Identify training needs and support planning across employee categories.
- Deliver training sessions on practical topics (e.g., onboarding, performance conversations, leadership basics, communication, HR processes), tailored to operational teams.
Data, reporting & insights
- Monitor and report key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, retention, engagement indicators, where applicable).
- Prepare actionable HR reports and recommendations for leadership based on data + field insights.
Support benchmarking and salary studies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Internal collaboration
- Work closely with HR colleagues (specialists, payroll/admin, etc.) to ensure consistent execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of HR workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist role.
- Experience in production / industrial / on-site workforce environments is a strong advantage (Food processing is a plus).
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, including operational/blue-collar hiring.
- Experience delivering training sessions and working directly with managers.
- Exposure to or practical involvement in change management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
- Advanced English.
- Driving license (Category B).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR tools/systems.
