Location: On-site – Craiova
As a Process specialist, you will play a key role in mapping current business processes, analyzing them and identifying improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and document new workflows while ensuring continuous alignment with organizational goals.
This role reports directly to the Digitalization & Standardization Director and is part of the Digitalization & Standardization department.
Key responsibilities:
- Map and document existing business processes in detail, using process management tools
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct workshops with various departments to review and redesign workflows
- Support department managers in creating and updating procedures
- Ensure proper implementation of new or updated processes
- Promote best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Propose and help implement automation or digital solutions that optimize performance
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or similar roles
- Familiarity with BPMN, Visio, or other process management tools
- Strong data analysis and workflow evaluation skills
- Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
